Integrity and Compliance

“Compliance, which comes from the English verb to comply, is nothing more than being in compliance with laws, ethical standards, and internal and external regulations.”

INSTITUTO DDS permanently operates as an honest and responsible Social Organization, and expects all its employees and suppliers to base their actions on the values and principles adopted by the Institution, observing its policies and current laws.

Aware of its social responsibility and to promote organizational integrity and compliance, IDDS, through its Compliance Program, seeks to improve all its relationships, guided by transparency, ethics, legal certainty and ensuring compliance with laws, standards, internal policies and guidelines and other regulations applicable to its institutional activity.

The Institute has been promoting the adoption of ethical standards to guide and raise awareness among its internal and external stakeholders regarding the prevention of activities and behaviors that may pose risks of non-compliance to the organization. Alignment with these guidelines is essential when selecting service providers, suppliers, and employees of the Institution. Compliance IDDS is a secure communication program through which all employees, third parties, suppliers, customers, and partners can report potential violations of the regulations applicable to their institutional activities and the Institution's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
